The job-top sharing role is clearly a work model that proves best practices- facilitating inclusion of this high potential labour force to make a significant impact (gender balanced, multiply generations, diverse culture and mind-sets).

The multi-cultural job sharers master a wide range of cross national understandings. They are able to cooperate in a context of greater diversity and adaptability. When working efficiently it can even enhance the bottom line if supported by executive leadership and management.
