Reminders for CDP Region 20 Meeting, Roster Submission, and Convention Dues

Region 20 Spring 2019 regional meeting

2:00-5:00PM (ending approximate)

IBEW Local 465, 7444 Trade St, San Diego, CA 92121 (the same venue as Council of Clubs)

The meeting will be broken down into approximate one-hour blocks as follows:

2:00-3:00PM CDP Delegate Training
3:00-4:00PM Debate forum between candidates for Region 20 Regional Director: Temika Cook, Michelle Krug, Mike Thaller (as of this time)
3:00-4:00PM CDP Chair candidates speak (if any are present)

CDP Roster Submission
The first major deadlines for the Pre-Endorsement Conferences are here.

May 1, 2019 - Deadline by which Club members Club must be "in good standing" in order for them to be included on the roster submitted to the SDCDP and your Regional Director
May 15, 2019 - Roster submission deadline
July 9, 2019 - Potential representative (those who will actually vote during pre-endorsement conferences) submission deadline to both the SDCDP and your Regional Director.

Submit more Potential Representative names than you are allotted
Names and contact info of their potential representatives may be given to campaigns for the sake of challenges
