We will follow a strategic multi-year workplan and annual agenda that focuses our attention upward and outward.
1. We will create, and modify as necessary, an annual calendar that includes tasks and events related to our multi-year workplan, membership meetings, Board training schedule, monitoring schedule, and the GM evaluation and compensation decisions as outlined in our Board-Management Relationship policies.
2. We will limit the amount of meeting time taken up by Executive Limitations monitoring reports, discouraging discussion unless the reports indicate policy violations, or the policy criteria themselves need review.

The board reports compliance with Policy C2.
Narrative:
The annual board calendar was approved at Feb 19. Monthly meeting agendas are approved at the the beginning of each meeting. Long term board planning is done throughout the year and at the annual board retreat typically held in the fall after the annual meeting of membership. Executive Limitation discussion is limited to the policy being reported on per the board calendar. Plans for non compliance are discussed as needed.
