What:

Some RMS notes sent by DHBs to GPs between 11 March 2019 and 30 March 2019 have been delayed and not processed automatically.

Impact:

GPs may receive patient notes from DHBs today that are up to 30 days old.

Current Status:

We are working to resolve the issue, and any affected referrals are being processed manually. We have confined the impact to a small number of referrals sent by DHBs between 11 March 2019 and 30 March 2019.
