Our Ts & Cs have always included a 24 hour cancellation policy with the right to charge a 50% cancellation / no-show fee.. To mitigate this, we have always asked clients to confirm appointments with a Y or N via our reminder text  sent 24 hours prior to treatment.  

Effective immediately all clients will receive a confirmation / reminder text 48 hours ahead of your appointment. In the event we do not receive a Y or N reply from you 24 hours out from your appointment we will endeavour to contact you. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you, your appointment will be cancelled and freed up for someone else.

IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS
In the event you confirm your appointment and then cancel it inside 24 hours of the appointment time, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.

The only way to cancel your treatment appointment is by telephoning the clinic on 07 856 6057.  If we are with clients and unable to answer the phone please leave a message.
 
NO SHOWS
Unfortunately, we've been experiencing an increasing number of no shows. 

Effective immediately, if you fail to show up at an appointment you will be invoiced for the entire treatment fee.

One "no show" to an appointment will result in all future bookings requiring a 50% deposit of the booking treatment, payable at the time of booking.

Clients who continually 'no show' (or who reschedule within 48) hours will be asked to pre-pay fully for all future services.
 
Emergencies
We understand that sometimes emergencies occur and that it's not possible to give adequate notice to cancel/reschedule. We will reserve the right to exercise discretion and apply a no show fee, or not.


CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE

Paywave: Because we can no longer continue to absorbe the additional Paywave surcharge fees charged by the banks, effective Tuesday 9th April we will no longer be offering Paywave as a payment option.

Credit Cards:  Effective 9 April 2019 we will be passing on the 2.5% surcharge from banks onto clients who wish to pay by Visa or Mastercard. 

We still accept EFTPOS and cash or bank transfer. 

If you wish you can prepare a bank transfer whilst you're in the clinic by setting up a payment with the following account number Unique Skin and Body ASB Bank Account Number:

Deposits at time of online booking

If you book online may have noticed a deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking with us.

Effective 9th April all appointments of one hour or longer, or greater than $100, will need to be confirmed with a deposit.

There is an app within the salon where we can input your credit card for the deposit to be made against.

In the event you have to cancel but give us 24 hours notice this deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel within 24 hours your 50% deposit will then become a Cancellation Fee (as above).
 
New Clients - all new clients will be required to pay a deposit to secure an appointment.

As well as receiving this treatment for an amazing price, you'll be required to have before and after photos taken, which she can use in her promotions. 

The fee is $350 and comes with a range of products to support the treatment and as a way of Lynne saying "thank you".
