May Clinic Update and Reminder

Hello Musicians, 

On Sunday, May 5, New Horizons bands from Montreal, Potsdam and Peterborough NHB are invited to play with us.  It will be a fun afternoon of reading music together and meeting other NHB musicians who play your instrument. This event is fast approaching!

We are nearing capacity in the concert band featuring Tessa MacLean. We have openings in the jazz band with Mark Ferguson. This is a fantastic opportunity not only for jazz band musicians, but also concert band musicians who want to discover jazz.

We would be grateful to those of you who would be able to make a donation to help with the costs for the event, such as music, venue rental, band leader travel. $10 is a suggested amount.

We are not able to offer a potluck dinner for our out of town guests because of venue restrictions this year, but plans are being made for gathering at a nearby restaurant following the clinic, so musicians can visit and enjoy a buffet dinner together.
