Chronic Disease Self-Management Program
dRC is hosting a free weekly chronic disease self management program May 2 to June 6, 2019. This program is an evidence-based self-management program consists of six weekly two-hour sessions led by trained volunteers. Topics include dealing with depression, communication skills, healthy eating, better breathing techniques, pain and fatigue management, preventing falls, making decisions, physical activity, dealing with difficult emotions, and more. Autism Competency for Direct Service Providers
Professionals and DSP staff are invited to an autism training on May 17, 2019 to learn or increase their skill competencies in supporting adolescents and adults with autism.
