Summer Term Beginners Kung Fu Course

NEXT BEGINNERS COURSE STARTS 28th APRIL 2019

As we all know the basic stances, movements, stretching and strength in Shaolin Kung Fu are the building blocks of our foundation. Once we have that unfaltering structure everything else flows and comes a lot easier.

To that end Shifu Martine will be continuing the 'Beginners Shaolin Kung Fu Course'. The tempo of the class will be a little slower and with more attention to detail than the usual 12.00 - 1.30pm class. A perfect session for complete beginners and those wishing to improve their foundation level.

28th April - 21st July (exc. 14th July as that is grading week)
12 Weeks in total - £90
Sundays 11am - 12 noon
Studio 2 - Littledown Centre

Summer Term Advanced Kung Fu Sessions

NEXT ADVANCED COURSE STARTS 28th APRIL 2019

Advanced Class Sessions are the next level when it comes to your Kung Fu skill. It's a great opportunity to learn Shaolin weapons, more complex forms and acrobatics. The team also work toward demonstrations. We are always looking for new students to join the sessions so if you would like to know more, or would like to know what you need to practise to lift your own level in preparation, then please talk with Shifu Martine or Shifu Paul after class. If you wish to take part in the advanced sessions then let us know asap so we can assess you and put you down on the list. This years dates and costs:

Block 2 - 28th April - 21st July (exc. 14th July as that is grading week)
12 Weeks in total - £90
Block 3 - TBC

Sundays 1.30pm - 2.30pm
Studio 1 - Littledown Centre

Temporary Venue & Class Changes For The Year

PLEASE DON'T FORGET THAT ALL CLASSES ARE CANCELLED
SUNDAY 21st APRIL 2019 AS LITTLEDOWN HAVE AN EVENT
AND IT IS EASTER SUNDAY

Each year Littledown Centre, where we hold a number of our classes, has a number of large events and we move some of our classes over to one of their sister centres for those dates. Not many are affected over the year and they are pretty much on Sundays. Please take a close look below for full information. Also please note where sometimes the class time itself has also changed to work with the temporary venue's timetable.

The sister venue is Sir David English and is around 5 mins down the road behind Bournemouth School for Girls. The centre's address is: Sir David English Sports Centre, East Way, Bournemouth BH8 9PZ
