Friends may visit on Monday, April 29, 2019, from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. at Alexander White Mullen Funeral Home, located at 11101 St. Charles Rock Road, in St. Ann, MO. He will then be inurned at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery with full military honors at 2:30 p.m.
Condolence notes can be sent to Carolyn Barr, his wife of 30 years, at 1668 Rishon Hill Dr., St. Louis, MO, 60126. Vic's daughter, Amanda, shared fond memories of the people who worked with her father at the NBA, as well as the many picnics, holiday parties, annual phonathan, and visits to NBA agencies and communities.
