Remembering Sri Lanka: An Interfaith Vigil in Boston

The Massachusetts Council of Churches has been working with the Sri Lanka Association of New England to plan the following event. Responding to terror in Sri Lanka and the killing of over 320 people, they will gather for an interfaith vigil at the Parkman Bandstand on the Boston Common tonight, Thursday April 25, at 6pm. All are invited. Following the vigil there will be a gathering at St. Paul’s Cathedral, 138 Tremont, in the sanctuary for Ceylon tea and conversation.

Roxbury Presbyterian and Fourth Presbyterian led an Easter Sunrise Service this past Sunday at 5:45am at Carson Beach in South Boston, with participation from across the Presbytery. Click the image above for a gallery with more images.
