The Importance of Sharing Messages on Social Media.

Social Sharing

Kevin GuestThis week in Singapore, I joined thousands of my friends at the USANA Live Asia and Pacific Convention.

It's an event I look forward to each year. The energy is electric, the enthusiasm contagious (a few photos). You can't help but smile when you see group after group of health-conscious entrepreneurs striving to make a difference in the world.

If you're on social media, chances are you experienced a bit of that electricity. And if you did, I hope you share pieces of what you saw with your own social networks.

As I mention in the video above, I believe social media is so important. It's how the world communicates. It's how we're able to effectively reach thousands of people with relatively little effort.

But some effort is required. The true power of social media, I believe, is when we leverage our communications by sharing with our own social networks.

I hope you've noticed that I've become more active on social media lately (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter). I've asked and challenged the USANA management team to do the same.

Are You Ready to Share?

Now, my challenge for you: When you see posts or photos or videos from me, others on the management team, USANA's offices around the world, or your own teams — please share the messages.

There is power in numbers. When we join together to share strategically and communicate effectively, our potential is limitless.

HealthCorps Gala

Here are a few photos from a recent performance the Free Radicals and I did with my good friend Collin Raye at the 13th Annual HealthCorps Gala in New York City. It's an annual event to support HealthCorps, Dr. Oz's charitable organization that's focused on children's nutrition.

Help Us Reach Our Goal:
1 Million Meals

USANA True Health Foundation - 1 million meals

Proceeds from sales of All the Right Reasons directly benefit the USANA True Health Foundation

When All the Right Reasons became available during the 2018 USANA International Convention, I announced an ambitious goal: To give 1 million meals to hungry children around the world.

As you may know, proceeds from the book directly benefit the USANA True Health Foundation, and each book sold represents 40 meals.

I'm pleased to report that, thanks to you and your generosity, we are well on our way to achieving our goal.

But we still have more to go. More to give. I'm confident with your continued support we can reach our goal of 1 million meals by the 2019 USANA Global Convention.

How to Donate

Here's where to purchase All the Right Reasons and here's how to donate directly to the USANA True Health Foundation.

All the Right Reasons Principles

All the Right ReasonsThank you for the continued support for All the Right Reasons. As always, I'd love to hear what you think of the book.

Recently I've shared some additional insight into a few of the principles discussed in the book (these are also available on my YouTube channel):
  • The Ben Franklin Principle: Identify your core values and do all you can to achieve those values in your personal and professional life.
  • The Dorothy Principle: Simply, nothing is more important than relationships.
  • The Plato Principle: Surround yourself with good people. Learn from them. Have an open mind. And most importantly, be teachable.
