The Lame Walk
Told by Govindra S
The lame man looked at Peter and John eagerly, expecting some money. Peter said, “I don’t have any silver or gold for you. But I’ll give you what I have."
"In the name of Jesus Christ, get up and walk!”
Then Peter took the lame man by the right hand and helped him up. And as he did, the man’s feet and ankles were instantly healed and strengthened.
He jumped up, stood on his feet, and began to walk! Then, walking, leaping, and praising God, he went into the Temple with them." (Acts 3:5-8)

I supervise the adult literacy program in 15 villages. I have many testimonies, but I will only tell one of them now.
One of our teachers has been sharing the stories in Pansia. But only one family in that large village had become believers. Now, in the last few months, God has been working so wonderfully there!
A 45-yr-old man named Puna Patua was not able to walk because of paralysis. So one day after class, we went to his house, and I told them a story from Acts chapter three
After they had listened to the story, we prayed for the man.
Before we told the story, he was unable to walk. But immediately after we told the story, he was able to walk!
Now 15 people in their extended family have believed in Jesus Christ.
It is only through the storytelling that the ministry is having success in that Hindu area, Please pray for us that God will do his work there. Thank you and praise the Lord.

Twenty Baptized
In another village not far from Pansia, a lot of conflict was going on between two families.
Our adult literacy teacher called me and asked me to come. So I went and visited one of the families to find out more about the cause of the problems.
After talking with them, I came to know that they are worshipping the Lord Shiva. They have a Shiva lingam idol right in their house (this is used to call the Hindu people to worship).
So I told them the story of Creation. WATCH VIDEO
I explained the story, and they believed. Now the whole family believes in Jesus Christ and they are attending our prayer fellowship.
On November 25th, twenty new believers there took water baptism.
