Dear <<First Name>>

Welcome to our newsletter for April, 2019.

See below for details on new workshops and reports.

Please note that we are working on some changes to the functionality of the website, and these will be detailed in another email to be sent out soon.

Workshops

In March, 2019, Richard teamed up with William Proctor of Safety Access & Rescue to deliver a 6 day ITRA (International Technical Rescue Association) Rope 2 and Rope 3 Qualification.  This was an international first and was fully subscribed with a great crew signing up from all over the world.

We have two similar programs scheduled for later this year:
  • 29th July - 4th August 2019, co-hosted by Tom Wood (Harken Industrial) in Bend, OR, USA.
  • October 2019, co-hosted by Bas Den Neijsel (DIRA Group), in the Netherlands.
We are still finalising a few details for these programs so we are not quite ready to accept bookings.  If you are interested in either then please send an email to richard@ropelab.com.au and we'll make sure we keep you informed.

Richard will also be presenting two 5-day back-country lightweight rope rescue programs in USA in September 2019.  These programs have been booked privately by rescue teams from Wyoming and North Carolina, however there may be a few extra places for open enrolments.  If you are interested in hearing more, again, send Richard an email.
