I hope you had a great weekend. I sure did. Got lots of rest.  

This week is NO GI. Except for Monday Judo.

Special week this week. Judo & Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Professor & Sensei Dave is in town. Make sure you get a chance to roll and learn with him. It's not often you find someone so skilled in both sports. 

Dave is one of Vienland Judo's Black Belts. He and I studied under the same sensei, Dave Kawajiri, many years ago as kids. 

Remember, consistency is key. You don't need to come to every class, just get on a schedule that works for you and don't miss. Before you know it, your belt colors will change.
