Silvia D'Amico, graduated at the prestigious Accademia Nazionale d'Arte Drammatica starts an important career as a theatre actress directed by the famous director Carlo Cecchi in A Midsummer Night's Dream.
At the cinema she was the co-protagonist in the film Il Rosso e il Blu by Giuseppe Piccioni with Riccardo Scamarcio, Margherita Buy and Roberto Herlitzka, and she's in the main cast of Fino a qui tutto bene by Roan Johnson.
Later she was the protagonist of the film-event broadcasted on LA7 Vi perdono ma inginocchiatevi directed by Claudio Bonivento.
She's in the cast of the posthumous film directed by Claudio CaligariNon essere cattivo (2015), - presented during the 72th edition of Venice Film Festival - for which she wins a special mention of Premio Biraghi dedicated to the young talent, given during Nastri d'Argento Awards in 2015.
She's involved in Venice Film Festival also the year after to present the independent and successful film Orecchie by Alessandro Aronadio.
She's also in the main cast of Hotel Gagarin by Simone Spada, The Place by Paolo Genovese, Finchè c'è prosecco c'è speranza by Antonio Padovan and the documentary Diva! by Francesco Patierno presented at the 74th Venice Film Festival in the Official Selection Out of Competition. She recently finished shootinf the film Brave ragazze directed by Michela Andreozzi with Ambra Angiolini, Ilenia Pastorelli, Serena Rossi, Luca Argentero and Stefania Sandrelli.

For the 4th consecutive year, the Philippine Italian Association is participating in the Día del Libro (Book day) organized by the Instituto Cervantes.
This year, thanks to the donation of the Italian publisher, PANOZZO EDITORE, the PIA will be distributing FREE books in Italian language (Italian literature, World literature, travel books, cuisine, ...)!
