FEATURE OF THE WEEK
EXPERIENCE WHAT 'THE INN' HAS TO OFFER
A presentation was given to Grades 4 through 7 on April 25th by WOAR, an education awareness program which focused on life skills and the development of healthy relationships with their friends and peers.
We also had several Field Trips this week which included Grades 1 to 3 at the Please Touch Museum and Grades Pre-K 3 and 4 and Kindergarten at the Aquarium. In our 1st Grade Class, using what we learned at our workshop at the Please Touch Museum, the children form patterns with geometric shapes. These shapes were demonstrated at the museum in architectural designs in mosques and churches.

Open House for Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 will be held at Holy Innocents School on Monday, May 20th from 9 to 11 AM. See Family Referral Program below.

First Communion
Saturday, May 4th at 11 AM at Holy Innocents Parish.
Holy Innocents Art Show
May 8th from 7 to 8 PM in Parish Hall
Spring Show
Monday, May 13th for students in Pre-K 3 to Grade 5 at 1:30 pm in the Parish Hall. Parents are invited to attend and asked to remain seated while students are performing.
May Procession
Friday, May 17th at 10:00 AM in Church. Students who received their First Communion wear their communion outfits and student sin 8th grade and Confirmaiton students wear their robes. Parents and friends invited to attend.
Spirit Day
Tuesday, May 21st. Students to wear shoe laces, head bands, bows or ribbons or 90th Anniversary tee shirt if purchased in the past. Students can also wear their gym uniforms.
End of Year Assessments
Grades 1-8 will be given on Tuesday, June 4 until Friday June 7.
Closing Exercises for Kindergarten
Thursday, June 6th at 10:00 am in Church.
Eighth Grade Class Trip
Hershey Park on Monday, June 3rd so their final assessments will begin on June 4th through June 7th.
RE-REGISTRATION
If your child is returning to school here in September, you should have completed the re-enrollment and billing agreement on TADS. If you have not done so, it is urgent that you do so now! New student applications are already being taken. If you do not complete your enrollment you risk losing your child's place in school. If you need assistance, please contact Nancy at 215-743-2600 immediately.
CLEMENTON PARK & SPLASH WORLD FUNDRAISER
We are beginning a Clementon Park & Splash World fundraiser in place of our annual Family Picnic Day. This is not a mandatory fundraiser. This fundraiser will begin Tuesday, February 19th and continue through the remainder of the school year. The tickets you purchase can be used anytime during the 2019 season. You will need to provide your own transportation. All money raised will go to the betterment of the school. Tickets are $22.00 each and are non-refundable. If interested, please return the form sent home in the communication folders on February 19th.
STATIONERY SALE
Stationery will be sold on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:00 Recess. The list was sent home on Tuesday, January 8th.
FAMILY REFERRAL PROGRAM
If you refer a new family to Holy Innocents School and they meet the stated terms and conditions, you will receive a tuition allowance equal to $300 for the 2018-2019 school year.
