Thank you to everyone who joined us to Celebrate Timor East Independence Day
and to the speakers on the night
Timor-Leste Honorary Consul, Peter McMullin, and CEO ETHF Ingrid Svendson.
The night was a great success, we raised more than $2000, which is to be split between ETHF and FoS projects. Thank you to all who helped make it such a successful night - Sabores de Timor, East Timor Students Association, Gil Santos, Nina Rose, Black Orchid String Band, Anta Taime, Alola Foundation, Kor Timor, the FoS volunteers, and many more.

Following life-saving heart surgery in Australia, maths teacher Tomas and his wife Barbara welcomed a new baby boy, named Peter Cosgrove Pinto, in honour of the Australian peacekeeping hero (who is now also a patron of ETHF in his role as Governor-General).
