Stem Cell Talks Calgary 2019

This event is targeted for high school students. In association with Let's Talk Science, StemCellTalks is hosting our 7th annual symposium at the University of Calgary on May 9th, 2019 with a focus on the immune system and stem cells. This free symposium aims to educate high school students about stem cells and inspire them about academic research through the excitement and experience of trainees and investigators. The day consists of guest speaker talks, a career panel, and workshops. High school students will have the opportunity to interact with graduate students and professors investigating stem cells at the University of Calgary. This opportunity is an excellent way for students who are interested in biology, stem cells and research to engage with leading researchers in stem cells and discover the world of research at the University of Calgary.
