HOA Board working on New Community Signage

The Board is working with Arete Industries to design new signage for our community. You may have noticed that Richmond Place recently had their signage upgraded to granite and it looks great. Our project will take several years to implement based on the cost and not wanting to increase HOA fees.
Recently we lost the Lakewood sign that is attached to the Clark Elementary School sign – these signs will have to be replaced as quickly as possible. Others will be phased in as funds permit.
We think you will find the new signage appealing and up-to- date with other communities in our area. More information will be provided at a later date.

Is water settling at the entrance of your driveway?

The Board is working on the problem. In fact several homeowners have already had their issue addressed with the installation of a “dry well”. Please email Melissa Wood by clicking HERE if you are experiencing the same issue.

In the meantime, homeowners need to make certain that leaves along the street gutters are removed so that water can drain properly – this is especially true for those homeowners that have had the “dry wells” installed.
