Holy Trinity Elementary School

School Bulletin: May 2nd, 2019

Choir practice tomorrow at 8:00am in the music room (as usual). Permission forms will be handed out at tomorrow's practice for the May 13th rehearsal at Centennial Theatre.

It is important that students attend all the practices before the Choral Concert on May 13th

(With the exception of Gr. 7's who are going to Holy Childhood Mass)...Students who are in Track and Field should come to school in their gym strip so they don't need to change later on for the Track Meet.

Tomorrow all students will eat their lunch first at 12:00noon then play outside.  Track and field students will leave school at 12:30 with parent drivers to go to Mahon Park.  Please refer to the website for an updated list on what event(s) your child will be competing in and parent driver lists. This is for both upcoming meets - tomorrow Friday May 3rd, and Monday May 6th.

Following the meet on Monday, there will be no track practice after school on Tuesday May 7th

All practice schedules and meets are posted on website

Holy Trinity Golf Tournament

The Concert Choir and the Gr. 5 class will rehearse at the Centennial Theatre on Monday, May 13 from 2:00-3:00, leaving the school at 1:40.  Permission notices will be sent home tomorrow and parents are needed to supervise students walking to and from the theatre.  We probably won't return to the school till 3:20

(Students away at the Track and Field Meet will be missing the rehearsal.)

Concert Choir tickets for the choir and the Gr. 5 class (who will be singing and playing ukuleles at the Choral Concert) are on sale. Tickets will be on sale only through Centennial Theatre for the May 13th performance
