Be kind in a practical way

"Giving a sandwich and hot coffee to homeless people will not change the world," says Magdalena Smenda, one of the ELP fellows. "However, it will make a cold morning in Brussels a bit easier for someone."

Cyclone Idai - Jesuits call for solidarity
 Nairobi, Mar.25

Hundreds of thousands of people in Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and Malawi are still affected by Cyclone Idai that caused 350 deaths. 

A month after this natural disaster there are 1.700 orphans and more than 80.000 displaced. The Jesuits Relief Fund calls on people to help and donate urgently.

Guillermo Otago from the Spanish NGO, Alboan, has been appointed by Frank Janin SJ as the new chief of the Justice in Mining Jesuit Network. The network began many years ago in Ranchi in India and since expanded all over the world.
