PSYC 2803: Psychology and the Pursuit of Happiness

Summer 2019 course

Mondays & Wednesdays at 3:30-5:20pm

The School of Psychology and the Georgia Tech Counseling Center have come together to offer students a course where one can learn more about scientifically-validated strategies for living a healthier, HAPPIER, more satisfying life at Georgia Tech and BEYOND! Throughout the course, students will have the opportunity to explore psychological concepts related to mental health and well-being and will be able to apply these concepts to better manage their own stress and improve their own habits, to allow them to better thrive and lead more fulfilling lives. Students will also learn about and discuss ways in which they can apply these ideas beyond their own lives, towards making our Tech community, and the world at large, a healthier and better place.
