RUFC Nears Goal

In its 5th year, RUFC continues to work hard to advance the health, happiness, and global citizenship of youth. The past few months have seen a flurry of activity including presentations of our research and programming at large global health conferences, participating in training activities, recruiting new volunteers, and hosting fundraising events (see below for more information and updates).

Thank you to all who have already contributed in 2019. We are close to achieving our fundraising goal for our 5th Anniversary Camp to be held in Dokolo, Uganda June 11-15.  We have raised $45,000 (!) but are still $5,000 short of our goal to support our partners in delivering the the most impactful programming to the youth. We have a number of specific ways you can support camp from providing clean water for a day, to ensuring the music is playing, to sending a special positive message in the camp workbook. Find more opportunities on the RUFC store or make a general donation through PayPal or through our GoFundMe campaign.

If you need a bit of inspiration, check out Ray's most recent Tedx Talk, read the RUFC Blog, or peruse other pages on the RUFC website.

RUFC Friends Gather to Support Youth
Friends and RUFC came together in March to catch up on RUFC's recent activities. Hosted by the Corrente Family, the short but sweet evening was a fun opportunity to increase awareness and raise funds  for RUFC's 2019 camp program. Our next get together will be April 25, 2019 hosted by the McLaughlin Family.
