We're in the mood for summer! With that, we know you're just as eager as we are to spend more time outside. Whether you're back on your bike, running the trails, or playing tennis, baseball, soccer, rugby...we want you to know our gym hours will stay the same throughout the summer, so that whatever schedule you're keeping, you can count on us to be here!

Bootcamp Is Back
Get Fit With Us This Summer
This indoor/outdoor nine-week boot camp is designed to improve your overall fitness level while burning energy in a fun and supportive environment. Our challenging total-body workouts incorporate bodyweight exercises, strength, cardio, interval training, and circuits to help you reach your fitness goals.
July 2 – August 29
Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Mornings: 6:15 a.m. with Shannon
- Evenings: 5:45 p.m. with Orvana
Look forward to:
- Two weekly group training sessions led by our qualified personal trainers (16 sessions)
- Nine facility passes to the Fitness Centre
- Pre and post-program fitness assessments using our specialized performance sport testing equipment
- Sport Manitoba swag bag!

Hi, I'm Taylor!
You can find me at the front desk or subbing in to instruct classes for our awesome instructors! I am a Winnipeger, born and raised, and grew up skating around City rinks and swimming at the lake. A few of my special talents include: drinking too much coffee and chatting fitness centre members' ears off! I'm a student at the University of Manitoba and am learning more about health and fitness every day. Ask me how to spice up your fitness routine!

Buddy Up

Each week, we will introduce you and your buddy to pair/partner exercises that are fun and challenging. You'll learn proper strength, skill, and conditioning techniques and collaborative skills that will help you work together as a team. All fitness levels are welcome!
- May 7 - June 25
- Tuesdays from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
- $95 for Fitness Centre members, $115 for non-members
