Here's your wines for Saturday! We'll start with the Stift Klosterneuburg Blaufrankish, It's light ruby in color, with fruity aromas of blackberry, some herbs and spices. It's light bodied, juicy with a touch of pepper. It'll pair with poultry & roasted meats. It's $23.99.
Next is the Rosi Mosi Sparkler, It's light pink and tastes of fresh strawberries with bright acidity, it's crisp, balanced & dry. It pairs with light summer dishes like fish and salad and of course...Easter BRUNCH! It's $18.99
Third up is the Hermann Moser Gruner Veltliner Per Due, It's a bright straw color & flowery with hints of peach & green apple. It's bright on the palate, too. Refreshing with notes of ripe peach & citrus. It's ZESTY! It goes well with pork or country ham and if you are in the mood after Easter, pair it with Thai or Chinese! It's $15.99
Finally, our big wine for today is Stift Klosterneuburg Escorial, a blend of St. Laurent, Zweigelt, Cab & Merlot!. You'll get black current, cinnamon and delicate vanilla on the nose. It's silky soft with red berries and a lingering finish reminding you of fresh roasted coffee. Pair it with Lamb, short ribs & strong sausage. Its $36.99.

Rose Day is shaping up wonderfully! I've put in some "pre-sells" with a few distributors that will be arriving daily and a few distributors are trying to get rid of last years vintages, that are still drinking beautifully. I'll have those at discount rates. So far, we have:

GodMotherShip is landing on April 25th!. The 2nd annual Murphy Beverage Company, Escutcheon Brewery Collab will be released at the brewery on April 25th and you are cordially invited to join us. Murphy's has purchased the 1st keg and your first beer will be on us! (while the keg lasts) We'll be there at 5p to tap the keg, the Chef's Market is joining us so you can purchase food! Come hungry!
