We Love May!

Join our annual Commit to Sit Challenge!

We love May because for the whole month, iBme community members commit to meditate every day — and seek out donors to sponsor them. It’s like a mindfulness meditation marathon.

Every dollar raised supports iBme’s Scholarship Fund and helps bring our life-changing programs to youth, young adults, and teacher trainees. Last year, we allocated more than $500,000 in scholarships. Let’s see what we can get up to together this year!

Join Commit to Sit Today. Whether you donate and/or raise funds by meditating, your participation makes it all possible.
