Dear Meditators,
This Monday from 5:30 - 6:30 pm we begin Insight Meditation, the fourth in the year-long series of Seven Meditations. We will be practicing this meditation for May and June. Kilung Rinpoche is traveling and one of his senior students will lead.
Shitro practice will follow the meditation. It is open to those who have received
the teaching.
You can join Monday Meditation at anytime during the year on a drop-in basis. Open dana contributes to the support of Yeshe Long, center of Kilung Rinpoche's dharma activities in the West.
Work parties at Yeshe Long on Mondays
from 2 - 5 pm in May.
Spring has sprung and we welcome your volunteer work to
help clean up and beautify the grounds of the Yeshe Long Temple.
Other times possible—contact us to schedule a time.
Please bring a water bottle, snack and/or lunch, wear
appropriate clothes for working outside, and bring work gloves
and tools like rakes, buckets, clippers, tarps, etc.
Blooming May greetings,
Cary and D'Arcy
