2nd Anniversary Convergence
The men of F3 Suncoast celebrated its second anniversary by converging at the Lakewood Ranch Adventure Park for a 60-minute Bootcamp. Over 50 men endured a Drake/Bing led beatdown.  Read more about the great event here: http://f3suncoast.com/2-year-anniversary/

F3 Suncoast is expanding!  Under the leadership of Site Q Smudge, we will be opening an AO at North Shore Park in St Petersburg on June 1st.  Beatdown will start at 7am and will end with some coffeeteria at Starbucks starting at 8am.  Share this newsletter with friends and plan to clown car to the new AO on 6/1. 

Also, we will have some FNGs from the Clearwater/Safety Harbor area attending the bootcamps at North Shore Park, with the intention of then launching further north in a month or two! Exciting times for the Suncoast!

A great night of fellowship on tap!  Join the pax along with the cub scouts in honoring our first responders - Bring a chair and wear F3 Gear as this will be a great night to share what we have!

New Evening AO

Struggle finding time making a 5:15a beatdown? You now have an evening option.  6:15a at the Unconditional Surrender Statue. Thanks to Coop for stepping up as Site Q.

Dec. 6-7: Get on Ragnar Now

Ripken is working to get teams together for Ragnar next December. Get it on your calendar, Dec 6-7th, camping on the 5th. We have 3 full 8-man teams already with a 4th team filling up fast.  Visit Mumble Chatter or HERE.

Site Q's are people who have stepped up to start an AO and are responsible for scheduling Q's, promoting the location and making sure it maintains the core principles of F3. Our Site Q's have done a great job and I look forward to this continuing.  Our current Site Q's are:

F3 is set up as a reverse incubator leadership model. If you have ideas, and want to take on leadership at an AO, lead a charity event or cause, approach any one of us and let's put it in action! This is not about the leadership team executing on all of the ideas.

F3 Workouts Are:
  • Free of Charge
  • Open to all men
  • Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
  • Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
  • End with a Circle or Trust
These are the 5 core principles that every F3 Pax should know and repeat before workouts.
