So nice to see so many people at the AGM

We had the best attendance ever with over 100 Village residents attending on April 17.  (And about 50 of us had a yummy dinner in The Old Winery Restaurant as well.)
Thanks to the restaurant for providing their lower dining room to us for our meeting – at no cost.

Yeah Team!

Team work
We very much appreciate the support shown to the VCA Executive at the meeting and were pleased to have several people step up to help us out.

Congratulations to Carol Fraser for volunteering to be the Recording Officer.

Thanks as well to several folks who approached Mike Siverns to assist with various committee projects.  Awesome!

We still need a Vice-President though.  Anyone reconsidered assisting with that role?   Maybe you were too shy to put your hand up at the meeting?  Thought about it and decided to step up?   We’d love to hear from you!

Vice-President responsibilities includes 2 hours a month for Executive meetings plus project depending on availability.
Interested or have questions about the role?  Contact Mona Babin at mtmbabin@gmail.com

Here’s the Executive so far:
  • President - Mona Babin
  • Vice-President - open
  • Treasurer - Ron McKenzie
  • Communications - Sue Henry
  • Recording Secretary - Carol Fraser
