I'm excited to announce a new module 'Cultivate Self-Compassionhas been published in the members area for you.

The self-compassion module will help you in many areas of your life and is recommended for all current, ongoing and past clients.

If you are unduly critical of yourself or suffer from negative self talk and the effects of stress - definitely check it out.

 

Cultivate Self Compassion

Self compassion is a way of practicing self care and promoting positive mental health from within. It’s about pro-actively managing stress and supporting yourself through difficult times, or just everyday stresses in your life.

In addition, self-compassion helps you to help others, whether it’s understanding and supporting a partner, child or family member, to close friends or colleagues. Practicing self compassion promotes a healthy outlook for yourself and those around you.

I encourage all my clients to read through the self-compassion module and take the time to do the exercises within.
