Hi foodie friends and home cooks! Thank you so much if you came out to our first market of the season last Wednesday. We hope to see more of you tomorrow at Foggy Bottom, and even more of you once the Greenbelt Farmers Market starts May 12th. Info on market dates, times and locations is below!
This last week has been a blur. We have barely been keeping up with getting everything done that we want to, but did just complete our first week of having our 2019 Dicot Farm team fully on board. We'll introduce you to Farmers Olivia and Grace in another newsletter soon, but they have jumped in with great attitudes and are the main reason we were able to get so much harvested today to bring to Foggy Bottom tomorrow. We're super excited to have them on the team!
In addition to harvesting, we were able to get all the tomatoes planted last week. We have nine varieties this year - some favorites and some new ones that we're excited to bring you hopefully starting in late June! See before and after pics of our greenhouse and high tunnel below.

hank you for supporting your local farmers!
