IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Many property owners have received their 2019 Property Tax Notices in the mail - and some have had significant increases!
If your property tax evaluation has not increased from last year you will not get a notification from the Appraisal District. But you will want to note that even if you don't get a notice it still may in your best interest to protest your property tax valuation.
The deadline for protesting your evaluation is May 20th.
The board recently met with Jim Maibach of Peyco Southwest Realty and has determined to offer Jim's services to the PKLA membership. In exchange, Jim has generously offered a discount for his services. We recommend that you consider Jim and Peyco for your property tax needs.
