Babel of Chinese SF, formerly known as the London Chinese Science Fiction Association, is a reading group that centers on examining Chinese science fiction translations and research, with the aim of facilitating the exchange among global sci-fi communities. Since its inception in April 2019, the group has undergone changes in both online and offline activities, leading to adjustments in its organizational structure. Despite these changes, the group, now called Babel of Chinese SF: A Reading Group, will remain committed to the optimistic utopian vision presented in sci-fi literature and will continue to promote the international exchange of Chinese science fiction.
