Looking for awesome families to host students from France (no French language needed!) 3 weeks in Jul/Aug. Take your Frenchies to practice, introduce them to friends. Show them the heart of the Midwest! Your French teachers have more info.

Prom Tickets will be available to purchase through FeePay April 29th - May 7th (not purchased during lunch as had been done in the past). You can access important information & details regarding prom ticket purchase & pick up (at lunches May 8th - 10th) to ensure Grand March time is correct on the

CAREER CENTER - COLLEGE AND SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
A list of current scholarship opportunities can be found on Naviance Student.  Once you log in to Naviance Student, go to the "Colleges" tab, scroll down and click on the "scholarship list" link to view the list of scholarships and/or download scholarship applications.

The Echo Park Elementary School Scholarship application is now available on Naviance or in the Career Center. One $1000 award. Due 5/17/19

The MN Chapter of Women in Public Finance Scholarship application is available on Naviance and in the Career Center. For women pursuing career in finance with 3.0+ gpa. Due 5/31/19.

College Visits
Student reminder:  Naviance Student has a current list of upcoming College Visits primarily geared for junior and senior students so that you can plan accordingly should you want to attend!

Coast to Coast College tour is hosting local information session. Admission reps from Dartmouth, Northwestern, Princeton, Univ. of CA Berkeley, and Vanderbilt. Thurs. 5/23 at 7 pm. Edina High School Performing Arts Center. Register at: www.coasttocoasttour.org

Admissions reps from Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Rice, and the Univ. of Chicago are hosting an information session in the Minneapolis Area on Monday, 6/3. For more information and to register go to: www.exploringeducationalexcellence.org

College Summer Sessions: Many colleges/universities offer summer workshops/learning sessions for high school students. Check the bulletin board outside the Counseling Office or college websites for some of the opportunities available.


Athletics

Arts, Activities and Clubs

Summer Food Service Program (SFSP)

The SFSP is a federally-funded, state-administered program. The SFSP reimburses providers who serve free healthy meals to children and teens during the summer months when school is not in session. Kids just show up and eat. Included is information regarding the summer feeding programs locations, dates and time and some fun activities around the area.
