Family Days

We are looking forward to seeing our parents or caregivers next week during Family Days!
  • Thursday, May 9th:

    • 9:15-10:00 (3 day 3s, Pre-K)

Special Needs Parent Coffee - tomorrow @ SLC!

This group of parents of children who have special needs is hosting a coffee.  All are welcome, including parents who are educators or developmental therapists. Our hope is to create an inclusive and supportive group for many of our families.
  • Friday, May 3rd at 9:30 a.m. in the Parlor
  • The Guest Speaker this month will discuss the benefits of inclusive education

Summer Kick-Off Concert

Join us for a Hawaiian Luau to celebrate the end of the school year and start of summer. All are welcome.
  • Friday, May 31st, from 10:00-11:00 in the Gym
  • Jeanie B! will rock the house!
Note:  one of our beloved teachers, Sue Monson, is moving on to a new adventure after 16 years of teaching at SLC.  Please help us bid Sue adieu and stop by the summer kick-off concert to give her a BIG hug!

  • No School: Monday, May 27th
  • Last day of School: Thursday, May 30th
  • Pre-K Send Off Ceremony: Thursday, May 30th at 5:00 p.m. in the Gym
  • Summer Kick-Off Concert: Friday, May 31st at 10:00 a.m. in the Gym
  • We collect diapers for Bundled Blessings - donations can be dropped off in the office
  • The Lost & Found is full of items - stop by the office and take a look before the end of the year.

Save-the-date for Y.E.A.

The Young Evanston Artists Festival has been a wonderful community event since 1987 and SLC will have a booth.
  • Come to Raymond Park to view your child's artwork!

The Alliance for Early Childhood is hosting a fun event for families: creative, imaginative, child-directed outdoor play!
