Attached is the 2019 PHS Tree Tenders Property Owner Request to Plant a Street Tree in Philadelphia. We will discuss the application process and answer questions at the CRCA’s general meeting on Thursday, May 2, 7:30 pm, at Leverington Church (6301 Ridge Avenue.) We will also have printed forms available.
The trees will be planted in November.
