GGD Newsletter For May 1, 2019

Wow, we've already reached the end of April and are headed into May. 2019 is flying by! We'll be "early retired" before we know it!

This month we completed the third article in a series of controversial articles related to homeownership with, Your House Is Not An "Investment". This article was just as contentious as the two that preceded it, Paying Off Your Mortgage Early Could Cost You $100,000...Or More, and of course, everyone's favorite article to hate, Renting Is Better Than Buying.

Just to reiterate a point we've made before, we have nothing against homeownership. In fact, we believe it can be a very exciting and rewarding experience. These articles simply analyze the numbers, as they relate to maximizing investment returns, and provide the results. There is no underlying agenda at work.

Monthly Financial Update (Full Breakdown):
The market has treated us well so far this year and this month was no exception. Our month over month increase was a solid 4.48%. That puts us at 56.5% of our goal!
