The Dodge City X Triathlon is on September 7 this year! Thinking of joining?

This FREE program is designed for individuals seeking to complete their first sprint triathlon. If you:

  • can swim 100m front crawl;
  • have a road safe bike and helmet;
  • are able to jog for 5-10 minutes continuously

Recipe: Dark Chocolate Fig Bars

Do you like figs?  No?  Get outta here!

To tell you the truth, I didn't actually enjoy my first fresh fig tasting experience.  The fresh fig texture was remarkably similar to a raw sea urchin I (should never have) tried on the beach in Baja Mexico...long story.  

There are only 2 ingredients in the Oskri bars so I figured they wouldn't be too hard to recreate in my kitchen...Figs...and Dark Chocolate;)

Team ELM Rocks the Snow to Surf!

Another freaking awesome weekend racing (and winning!) the Comox Valley Snow to Surf Team Relay with my amazing Equilibrium Lifestyle Management Team! It was a crazy close one this year and we are grateful for our friends for pushing us to work our butts off every step of the way!

Our amazing team took first in our masters women category for the 10th year straight, first overall women's team and 16th overall. Our faces hurt from laughing and our legs are a bit sore too;) Sprinting is HARD for ultra legs!! But Soooooooo fun!

One of the best weekends of the year! Huge thank you to the organizers, volunteers and our friends out there for pushing us to the point of puking nearly every step of the way hahaha!

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new Healthy Community Fund! ELM is donating 5% of all our program fees to a special Fund that will provide health and wellness opportunities for individuals and groups in our community who do not have the resources to access them on their own. And we couldn’t be more stoked!
