What if you said what you were thinking... out loud?
My childhood self would tell you that's a BIG, BAD, SCARY idea. There are so many reasons not to say what we think out loud. Other people will have opinions about it; it could be wrong; maybe no one will pay attention.
Now, I instead focus on the compelling reasons to do it: what we say could educate, humor, or help someone; we'd get it off our chest and be able to move on; we won't wonder WHAT IF I HAD SAID SOMETHING.
What if you tried it...? Just once, for fun. Just because. Just to see how it feels.
