This month we're back to a "normal" schedule with our 1st Saturday Westie Night and Friday Westie PLAYgrounds!
Westie Night | May 4 | Guest Instructor: Lamarr Williford
Join us this weekend on Saturday, May 4th from 7p - 11p for a WCS lesson with All-Star Lamarr Williford (from GoDance in Goshen, IN) and more than three hours of social dancing to WCS music. A Westie in our community will be celebrating their graduation, so there will be lots of extra fun, laughter, shenanigans, and more! Join us this Saturday!
• Doors open @ 6:45 pm
• Lesson @ 7:00 pm
• Open Dance @ 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm +
• Cost is just $10 for the whole evening, lesson included.
Westie PLAYgrounds
Schedule:
• Fridays: May 3 + 10 + 17 + 24
• 7p - 10p (and often later)
Our topic of the month is "Let's Rock & Go," where we explore what a Rock & Go is, the timing of a Rock & Go, how to integrate them into our dancing, how to maintain connection, and more.
Every Westie PLAYground (WPG) is oriented for both beginners and experienced dancers - with an lesson in basics at the start, open practice, and a chance for experienced dancers to discuss more advanced concepts of WCS.
Cost is just $10 for general admission, $5 for students, and FREE to 1st Timer @ WPG.
