The Art and Science of Negotiation and Persuasion
This workshop will teach you the steps needed to effectively persuade and win deals. By taking an assessment to evaluate your type of negotiation, we can find how to improve your skills with live demonstrations that sharpen your abilities in topics such as winning arguments, haggling prices, and persuading viewpoints. Quick Response Training (QRT)

The QRT Training Program provides grant funding for customized training to new or expanding businesses. Through this customer-driven program, Florida is able to effectively retain and attract businesses creating new high-quality jobs. The program is structured to be flexible and to “respond quickly” to meet the business’s training objectives. CareerSource Florida administers the program. The QRT program has provided customized training for over 100,608 employees, and more than 303 businesses and industries throughout Florida.
