We did it! We met our goal of 75% of Shutesbury households signing up for broadband service. Great job to the committee, staff and volunteers who led this sign-up campaign. And thanks to all of YOU who supported this project from the beginning.

What if I don’t know I signed up?

You should have received a confirmation email by now. If you didn’t get this, check your junk email folder to make sure it didn't get filtered out. Still not there? Contact Crocker to make sure you signed up and ask them to resend the follow up.  shutesburyprovisioning@corp.crocker.com or call 413-654-1703.

If we get many more than 75% signed up will the monthly rates will be lower?

The rates for now will remain as published ($75 for internet, $89 for internet plus phone). We may consider lowering rates in the future but need to get a solid year of operations behind us before we can responsibly make a rate adjustment.  

What happens next?

Installations will start being scheduled in late May and continue throughout the summer. Our goal is to have everyone connected by the end of October. The order installations will happen will be decided by the installation company.
