Who doesn't love a spring fair, and who doesn't love GrowGood? Join us in Bell tomorrow (Saturday) for GrowGood's annual fundraiser at their wonderful urban farm. Here's the info:

On April 27th, we’re holding our fundraiser Spring Fair at GrowGood. Please buy tickets, and please come if you live near enough. If you are reading this from afar, consider supporting the event – and GrowGood – with a donation.
Participants at Spring Fair can spend an afternoon at our innovative urban farm. Choose from a roster of educational plant-themed workshops, including natural dyeing, home composting, medicine-making, pickling, paper-making, and more.
There will be delicious food and mocktails, using GrowGood’s produce.
And we’re having a panel discussion on self-reliance with a great lineup of experts:
Lara Morrison, a founder of Los Angeles Eco-Village
Leslie Campbell, founder of SustainLA
Michael Martinez, founder of LA Compost
Jill Replogle, KPCC reporter who with her family spent a month using no one-use plastic
And of course, everyone’s favorites will be there: the chickens!
