Welcome to the latest edition of 'Chatter From The 19th'. It has been another busy week here at Mooroopna Golf Club, great to see so many people using our golf course for social golf and participating in our weekly competition.

Good luck to all playing in the Swampy Shield this Thursday, May 2, if you haven't yet registered to play please call into the Pro Shop and register now.

FROM THE PRO SHOP
Rules Tip

Members, we still have plenty of new rule books in the Pro Shop for collection so please call in and pick up yours. These are free and certainly worth taking the time to read especially the new changes from January 2019. Just as a quick example, please refer to rule 10.2a on page 85 - Advice. No player is allowed to give advice or ask for advice from anyone during a competition round. Breach of this rule is a General Penalty ie: 2 shots. There are exceptions as highlighted in the book but I'm sure some of you would find this interesting!

Our courtesy bus is available each Friday and Saturday evening from 5pm. Please call the Club on 5825 4135 to arrange your pick up and drop off in the Mooroopna and Shepparton area.
