Currently, young girls do not have to get parental permission to have an abortion (but they cannot get an aspirin in school without permission). Whether you agree with abortion or not. this is about excluding parents from helping a child make a life altering decision. This is blatantly wrong and encourages children to lie to their parents. *Electing pro-life candidates is so important... This session we do not have Dana Young in the state senate. She was an important leader for Life. I realize you might not have agreed with her on all issues which I am sure is the same with most elected officials but protecting the innocent lives of babies and our children in this case with SB 1774 should be the driving factor to deciding who to vote for... now our current senate is pro-abortion and pro-homosexual lifestyles.
