  • 15 May -  After the fire: The road to recovery Tenterfield. Northern Tablelands LLS is hosting a session to help you on your road to recovery from the recent bush fires. Topics include recovering, redesigning and rebuilding, feeding livestock, managing native vegetation after a bush fire, farm fire wise program and Blaze Aid. RSVP by 13th May to Johnelle Stevens on 02 6720 8325 or 0409 791 619
  • 16 May -  Hear about the latest soil and pasture research from NSW Department of Primary Industries (DPI) in Armidale. Topics include how to increase soil organic carbon, practical aspects of managing rhizobia and legumes and their relationships with soils, formation and management of acid soil layers, pasture renovation and manipulation and more.   • Get Smart Workshops - Piloting innovative ag tech tools for "Next Practice". New technology is often promoted as a better way to help farmers make decision. However with so many apps around it is sometimes hard to know what to try. Join the Northern Tablelands LLS as we look at some key agricultural apps and online programs that will be relevant for your business. Tahnee Manton and Karl Andersson  have joined the Northern Tablelands LLS team. Tahnee is a Livestock officer based at Glen Innes and Karl is in an agronomist role based at Armidale.
