One of my personal highlights this month was when I was told of several phone calls and emails we have received from members of the public giving good feedback on the way our staff (was it you?) behaved on the road and in public.
A local gentleman took the time to send us an email to let us know that after spending what felt to him like a very long time waiting on an intersection to enter the main road, it was finally a Stan Semenoff Bulk Truck that slowed down to let him in. And a resident of the Warkworth region took the time to compliment us on the speed our trucks were doing on his local road; apparently our trucks are the only ones respecting the local school zone and driving at a reasonable speed. A port employee commented on how polite, friendly and professional our log truck drivers are...
You see, none of these people had to contact us to let us know about their experience. But they did because your kindness and your professionalism made their day and made a good impression on them. And of course, it reflects positively on our group - so well done!
Keep up the good work, be polite and keep safe on the road, in the workshops and at the plants and hopefully the good community feedbacks will keep coming.
