Greetings of peace, <<First Name>>! Time keeps on ticking - and now it's May! A new month full of new opportunities. We hope everybody's meditation practice has been fruitful. May we continue to find the nourishment we need.

This month, Monk Tom from Santivana Buddhist Assembly will be leading our first Wednesday meditation session. The rest of the month will proceed as usual, with our second Wednesday and third Sunday meetings. Keep in mind, if you're looking for extra meditation practice with a community, Santivana Buddhist Assembly meets each Sunday from 11am - 1pm (see below).

As always, please let us know if you have suggestions, feedback, or ideas on how the group can be more meaningful to you. We also welcome support in various roles and leadership positions. If interested, feel free to speak with us at any meeting, or contact us at sebuddhist@gmail.com.

Much Metta,

Monthly Quote: Balancing Our Lives

"There has to be breathing in as well as breathing out. We need to have both the active and the contemplative. We need time to just be with ourselves, and to become genuinely centered, when the mind can just be quiet."
