Santa Cruz County RTC begins installation of bicycle wayfinding signage


The recent re-opening of the bridge over San Lorenzo River by the Santa Cruz Boardwalk is just one reason why increased bike signage is needed. The Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) has began the installation of bicycle wayfinding signage at 300 locations throughout the county to increase bicycle ridership and safety.

Sustainability Profile: 

This month we had the privilege to interview our two Education and Outreach Team members, Shirley Chun, and Alysia Tran, who will be graduating this Spring. While we are sad to let them go, we are extremely proud of these sustainable banana slugs! We wish them the best in their future and hope that the Sustainability Office has given them the resources to succeed in their upcoming careers.
