AG Opinion 
The Attorney General issued in opinion in response to Request for Opinion: RQ-0274-KP on April 10, 2019.  This opinion addressed a groundwater conservation district's definition of “agricultural crop” in its rules. Read more on TAGD's Emerging Legal Issues page here
